Meet Rich Conley

Rich Conley is a Southern California based Mortgage Loan Officer employed with Constant Funding, Inc.  He is licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), the only recognized and legal system of record for mortgage licensing in the United States (NMLS #334659), and the California Department of Real Estate (DRE #01837830).

Rich Conley has been involved in the mortgage industry for over 8 years.  He started as a “trainee” learning the business from the ground up.  As his passion for the mortgage business grew, he enrolled in and completed the required courses to obtain his Real Estate License.   He passed the California Real Estate Exam on his first attempt!

Rich became very involved in the entire mortgage process as he was now completing the entire loan; from application to funding!  After several years, Rich decided to expand his knowledge and change course by becoming a Realtor.  Although Rich enjoyed the experience and learned quite a bit, his passion was on the mortgage side of the business.  He returned to the mortgage side of the business and hasn’t looked back! 

Rich has worked with numerous clients and has not failed them.  He works with integrity, direction and purpose while treating each and every client as if they were a family member.  As a result, Rich has received numerous recommendations from past clients.  He attributes his success to constantly maintaining a positive and caring attitude towards people.  

Prior to the mortgage business and after graduating high school Rich enlisted in the United States Marines where he served four years on active duty and four years as a reserve.  After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Marines, Rich became a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.  Rich has honorably served the citizens of Los Angeles County for more than twenty years while being the recipient of numerous commendations and awards.

Rich has been happily married to his best friend and wife, Shannon, for 14 years.  Together, they raise three great boys and call Corona, California home.  Both Rich and Shannon are active members of Crossroads Christian church and are very dedicated to their Lord and Savior.  Rich and his family love to travel, camp and visit the movie theatre.  They also love spending any free time poolside in Palm Desert!
