My NMLS# Is 334659.

Effective January 2011, all Mortgage Brokers/Loan Officers are required to be licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (S.A.F.E. Act). I have met and maintain the following NMLS requirements:

- Licensed With The Department of Real Estate (#01837830)
- Registered With The NMLS (#334659)
- Completed An F.B.I. Background Check
- Fingerprinted
- Completed A 20 hour NMLS Pre-Licensing Course
- Completed 8 hours Of NMLS Continued Education Annually (on-going)
- Completed 45 hours of DRE Continued Education Every 4 Years (on-going)
- Obtained A Passing Score On NMLS National Exam
- Obtained A Passing Score On NMLS State Exam
- Maintains All Licensing Fees And Requirements (NMLS and DRE) (on-going)
