Welcome and thank you for visiting my site!  My name is Rich Conley.  I'm an active Southern California based loan officer employed with Constant Funding, Inc., a full service residential lending brokerage, located in the beautiful city of Lake Forest, California.  I maintain licensing with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and the California Department of Real Estate.  I also author/edit The SoCal Mortgage Report, a mortgage blog designed to assist Realtors and clients alike!

My specialty is FHA, VA, Conventional, Conforming, Jumbo & Refinance home loans throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties.  Throughout the years I have demonstrated a legitimate and credible history of closing home loans!  I'm extremely confident you will be pleased with the skill, professionalism, and genuine consideration I provide each and every client.
